Taylor Patterson cordially invites you to a Quiz Evening in aid of St. Catherine's Hospice and Lancashire Air Ambulance.
The event will take place on Thursday 13th November 2008 at the Forum, 16 Winckley Street, Preston, PR1 2AA. Arrival time 6.30 pm onwards,
Quiz starts 7.00 pm (prompt). Moreish nibbles throughout the evening will kindly be provided by the Forum. All family and friends are welcome and we encourage everyone to come along, as your help is needed to make this evening another successful event.
To participate simply enter your team(s) details on the booking form below and e-mail this back to us by 31st October 2008. A fee of £25.00 per team will secure a place in the Quiz (maximum 4 per team). All cheques to be made payable to TPA Staff Charity Account.
During the evening a raffle will be held, with all prizes generously donated by insurance companies and local businesses.
So dust off your thinking cap and get together with friends, family and colleagues and see if you can claim the winning prize and become quiz champions!
If you cannot attend the Quiz Evening and you would like to make a donation this would be greatly appreciated. All cheques should be made payable to TPA Staff Charity Account.
