OUR PRODUCTS
All our arrangements offer the following benefits:
  • Both employer and member contributions within Revenue limits attract tax relief.
  • The member(s) has a wide choice of investments including ordinary stocks and shares in quoted companies, managed funds, unit trusts and other collectives and, subject to certain conditions, AIM shares.
  • The member(s) can manage his own investments or appoint his own investment manager.
  • Commercial property can be bought and leased back to the member's business or to a third party as an investment.
  • The member(s) can be appointed as the Property Manager avoiding the expense of a professional agency.
  • The freedom to borrow to assist with acquiring commercial property and other investments.
  • Commercial property and stocks and shares can be transferred as "in specie" contributions or purchased from the member or any connected party.
  • Costs are explicit and generally less than insured arrangements.
  • Considerable flexibility as to when and the form in which benefits can be taken.
  • Cash is held on a special Pension Scheme Bank Account carrying a very competitive rate of interest and large sums can be placed on the Money Market.
